Global dairy giant Arla introduced a matrix structure in 2016 to enhance synergies, enable strong customer focus, drive growth in Europe and double turnover internationally.
They realized the matrix would not succeed unless the strategy was supported by new practical skills for leaders and individuals on how to work effectively in a matrix day-to-day and turned to Global Integration to partner with them to achieve this.
Solution: engaging blended learning journey
Delivered in 7 countries (incl. China) to over 300 leaders and managers so far with consistent global content tailored to individual pre-work learning objectives. Content included: cutting through complexity, shift from power to influence, creating new networks, driving smart collaboration, how to empower and grow others.
