Tony inspires and enables leaders and individual contributors to get things done in remote, virtual, matrix and agile teams

Tony studied language and culture at university in the UK and Germany and is fluent in German as well as English. During his corporate career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, he supported users of IT systems across Europe before moving into sales management. His next career step was into a global training and education team, before taking on the role of training and internal communications for a large manufacturing unit.

Tony joined Global Integration in 1995. Since then, he has built a reputation as an energetic and engaging facilitator who is passionate about creating a rich, interactive learning environment in his training programs. He specialises in delivering highly engaging workshops both face-to-face, through live webinars and using Global Integration’s online learning platform.

Tony has worked with major clients in a variety of industry sectors all around the world, fuelling his passion for travel, meeting interesting people and learning about other cultures.
