Joff is a highly engaging and energetic face-to-face and virtual facilitator with strong international expertise and deep content expertise

Joff aims to bring a unique and buzzing blend of energy, enthusiasm, and professional insight into all his work – whether consulting or running workshops. His first experience as a facilitator in 2008 made him realise that his passion was (and still is) helping to improve people’s lives. He believes it’s far easier to learn and develop if you’re enjoying yourself. In addition to a high level of participation and interactivity, Joff has a keen focus on the direct application of any content.

Joff loves to engage with his clients/participants in many ways: small group consulting conversations, face to face workshops, and large group keynote sessions. He is also a great fan of virtual delivery platforms, with extensive experience using platforms such as WebEx, Lync/Skype for Business, Adobe Connect and MS LiveMeeting.

Joff facilitates in English, Spanish and French, and also speaks conversationally fluent German. Ever since he started studying languages at school, he has been passionate about engaging with different cultures and languages across the globe.

Joff started working with Global Integration in 2011, and prior to his work as a trainer and coach, he gained extensive international experience in a variety of roles in the real estate, finance and accountancy sectors.

Although now based in West Sussex on the south coast of the UK, Joff has lived and worked for extended periods in Spain, Mexico, France and Germany.

He has worked with clients such as Bose, eBay, Oracle, Sodexo, Swedbank, Thomson Reuters, Unilever, Velux and WL Gore. He has experience working with people at all organizational levels, from board level down to graduates and front-line staff.

He facilitates programmes on matrix, remote and virtual, cross cultural and agile and digital leadership topics. He always aims to tailor the solution to the specific needs of each client.

When not busy running or preparing training sessions, Joff embraces the natural world by cycling, hiking, skiing and sailing, and involves his family in these when he can. He tries to combine this with his passion for food and wine whenever possible…
