New Year, same old problems? Do something different.

We are funny in the business world. For most companies when we get to the 1st of January, budgets and objectives reset and it’s like we start life afresh. It is time to kick off your goals for the year and re-energise your team. But at the same time, all the problems we didn’t solve last year are still lurking there waiting to slow us down.
